school mentorship

Working in depth with Project-Based Learning requires more than a workshop with good ideas...

It begins with an understanding of your unique context and a listening approach to your ambitions as a school. It continues with building trusting relationships with staff, so they feel safe and ready to try new things. It is anchored in coaching and sparring that integrates pedagogical mindsets and a strong didactic toolbox that brings theory into reality.

Deep PBL support is a collaborative process

and is most rewarding when it happens in a

long-term partnership.

The School Mentorship Program is a 1-2 year

intensive partnership that is co-created based

on your individual needs and ambitions as a school.

This is for schools that:

  • Have formulated a clear vision for what they want to use Project-Based Learning for

  • Are committed to using Project-Based Learning strategically – not just as a project week or an experiment

  • Have a strong desire to create change – even when it is uncomfortable

  • Are willing to prioritize the necessary resources and time to create space for Project-Based Learning

It is not necessary that your school is good at Project-Based Learning or has practiced for many years. Only that the ambition is high and the goal is clear.

The intensity can vary from 1 day per month to 1 day per week depending on location, budget and level of ambition. For each school year we agree on a model that fits your needs. It is possible for this program to work with a hybrid of online and in-person sessions.

Please note that I only take on a few per year to ensure that my attention and energy is focused on the deeper work. If you are interested in having me as a school mentor and doing deep relational work around Project-Based Learning, email me at loni@lonibergqvist.com and we can find a time to talk.
